Known for their ferocious tactics and intimidating appearances during battle, they both won and lost wars to the immigrating Fir Bolg and Tuatha Da Dannon. Foes and family forever more with the invaders who insisted on moving in.
The war-affected regions as far east as northern Russia, all subject to various migrated tribes...all the way to the Kola Peninsula and further west to Ireland. Immigrants from various western, and then southern tribes, collaborated with the Stallo, forming raiding parties and clans that became known all throughout their violent raids on the peaceful indigenous people.

What Does the Word Arctic Mean?
The Arctic is named after the Greek word for bear. The bear is in Greek άρκτος, or kktos, which is also a word in the constellations of the Big Bear (in Greek Μεγάλη Άρκτος) and the Little Bear (in Greek Μικρή Άρκτος), which appear in the northern starry sky.

Fjällgren was adopted by a Swedish Sámi family, and became part of a siida community in Mittådalen, a reindeer foraging area where he worked as a reindeer herder. Fjällgren has been a member of the Sámi Parliament of Sweden since the 2021 election. He represents the political party Sámit.
In the music video, "Mountain Dance", Fjällgren takes us on a magically directed vision quest into the harsh and demanding terrain of his Arctic homeland. Geographical Location of Series 1

Heiðr connects ancient oral history with documented history and scientific revelations. The site will continue to evolve as we enhance the 'stories'. It's always an epic adventure.
We were with the Fomorians when they conquered Ireland, lost it to the Tuatha de Dannan and Fir Bolgs, and took it back. We were there when Stonehenge was created, and the first Celtic kings were crowned. We witnessed the political uprise Uralic tribes migrated from the east to become Odin-loving warriors and Druids, and our legacy of oral traditions take us all the way up to the Kola Peninsula where Jotunn awarded the Sons of the Sun (Saami) with the gift of magical reindeer. In this series,we'll bask in lore that waited 5,000 years for us to discover.

The Celts
According to BednBlue, in anc ienttimes, a ship that travelled 5 knots could reach Ireland from the coast of France (the Port of Bordeaux) in 5-7 days. And that's what the Celts did.

The Celts have long been shrouded in mystery. They left no written record but communicated their past through song and story. However, recent archaeological discoveries, particularly in Hallstatt, Austria, have shed light on their early life, trade networks, and the crucial role natural resources played in their society. Recent findings highlight their craftsmanship, social rituals, and integration of natural and spiritual beliefs, demonstrating their advanced societal organization and cultural influence.
